Where Kids Come First

The R.E.F.U.G.E. (Resource Environment for Underprivileged Groups Enterprise) is a level 11 hands-off Mental Health Residential Facility for delinquent and at-risk youths ages 6-17.  The goal of the R.E.F.U.G.E. is to offer a therapeutic environment that is conducive to meeting the needs of our clients.

  • Case Management (B.A. Psychology)

  • Out Patient Psychiatric Services

The goal of the R.E.F.U.G.E. is to offer a therapeutic environment that is conducive to meeting the needs of our clients. 

We provide a structured learning environment, emphasizing behavior management and alternatives to drug and alcohol use.
